    mono minneapolis is looking for a digital producer who is motivated by great ideas and driven to help make the impossible happen. the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in helping to drive strategy, user experience, design, development, and quality assurance. more than a producer, we're looking for an advocate of technology who can help others understand the possibilities of cutting-edge and emerging technology. the digital producer will work with multiple client projects simultaneously, working with others in a collaborative and positive atmosphere. the digital producer needs to possess a fluent understanding of specific web technologies, platforms, and programs, the strengths and limitations of each, and have a technical knowledge of the digital production process to communicate proficiently with internal teams and external partners. the digital producer must be resourceful, tenacious, detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to sort through clutter to uncover solutions. the ability to simplify and effectively communicate the complex is critical. candidates should have web development experience with html, css, and responsive design as well as proven knowledge of dcm, dynamic banner development and social experiences. a working knowledge of web analytics andseo is needed to connect the production of our work to overall digital strategies.
